Prima. Vooral fijn dat hij 'gewone' taal spreekt en ik nooit het gevoel krijg een domme vraag te stellen. Best een bijzonder talent in de computerwereld vind ik. Verder voldoende kennis om de voorkomende problemen op te lossen, duidelijk in afspraken en altijd een snelle reactie.

Wij zijn zeer tevreden, hij begon meteen bij binnenkomst, meestal zijn de eerste minuten altijd al verloren, en vroeg duidelijk wat er aan de hand was, verder heeft hij alle problemen goed opgelost. Wat wil een mens nog meer, daarom een dikke 10.
