TOP geholpen
Na aanhoudende problemen met het functioneren van mijn mailbox, in combinatie met mijn - en daar ben ik eerlijk over - digitale onwetendheid, Uw Computerstudent (Jarmain Robert in mijn geval) ingeschakeld. Het was (kreeg ik de indruk) ook voor hem even zoeken naar de herkomst van mijn problemen, maar eenmaal gevonden bleek het oplossen ervan het spreekwoordelijke fluitje van een cent, ook al had ik dat fluitje zonder zijn hulp nooit gevonden. Hij heeft meteen ook wat controles uitgevoerd en 'ruis in het systeem verwijderd' (zo noem ik dat maar). Ben na afloop meteen lid geworden van 'Uw Computerstudent', want je weet maar nooit en ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat bij eventuele toekomstige computerproblemen inschakeling van 'Uw Computerstudent' opnieuw dé oplossing zal blijken.
