Geweldig geholpen! Zeer deskundige, duidelijke en vriendelijke aanpak. Bjorn zoemde al heel snel op de oplossing voor het installatieprobleem van de Internet Security software in. Ook voor klanten die zich doorgaans redelijk tot goed m.b.t. het computergebruik weten te redden, zijn er zo nu en dan situaties waarbij deskundige hulp nodig is.
