5 stars: perfect, definitely recommended
Correcte en snelle service. Zeer prettig in de omgang. De student is 22 jaar en wij zijn 80-plussers. Geen spoor van dédain, wel empathie. Geduldig en toch lekker opschieten.

4 stars: good service, treated well
Pepijn is uitstekend bevallen. Zeer kundig en luisterde goed naar de vragen. De nieuwe laptop werkt uitstekend en ook de tablet werkt voor het eerst goed. Mocht ik weer hulp nodig hebben, dan zal ik zeker naar hem vragen.
