Tycho heeft ons zeer goed geholpen met het overzetten van bestanden van onze oude naar onze nieuwe pc, inclusief de aanmaak van een nieuw e-mailadres en nieuw gezinsabonnement bij Microsoft. Zijn vele praktische tips worden zeer gewaardeerd.
