Fantastisch geholpen door Laurens Gosseling. Probleem is verholpen, alles is opgeschoond en ik kan weer werken zonder vertragingen en hindernissen. Als ik hem een 10 geef, gaat hij misschien naast z'n schoenen lopen, dus geef ik een 9,999!!!!! Ik hoop van niet, maar zal een volgend keer graag de hulp van Laurens willen gebruiken.

Goede indruk, kan goed luisteren en heeft de kennis om Wake On Lan te installeren, opdat ik PC aan kan zetten via smartphone-app. Hij gaf zelf uitleg welke stappen hij nam bij installatie. Aan/uit-knop pc zelf werkt niet goed meer, lijkt 'lam'.
