Vanmiddag kwam Hakim Walters ons helpen met "dingetjes" die niet helemaal meer jofel liepen op onze laptop en op mijn Apple 13. Het prettige is dat Hakim de stappen uitlegt plus de oplossingen die hij probeert toe te passen. Dat geeft heel veel duidelijkheid bij computerdigibeten zoals wij zijn. Alles loopt nu weer goed en wij zijn zeer tevreden met zijn hulp maar ook hoe hij zich opstelt, deze is vriendelijk en rustig en hij getuigt in zijn genomen stappen en uitleg van een grote deskundigheid. De volgende keer als wij een student nodig hebben vragen wij dan ook absoluut voor Hakim Walters!

Prima ervaring
Telefonische assistentie aangevraagd. De afspraak precies op de datum en tijd zoals ik voorgesteld had. Met speciaal programma en sleutelcode de besturing over genomen en we hebben het probleem opgelost. Half uurtje werk en ik kon het zelf niet oplossen!
