Ik kon mijn wensen voorleggen en er werd rustig en goed geluisterd naar scala van problemen. Dat is altijd belangrijk. Het contact was prettig en goed. Ook als ik informatie gaf over de problemen, die zich voordeden terwijl hij aan het werk was. Het vervangen van software en opschonen ging supersnel. Er was de pech, dat een zeer ongewoon probleem bij Windows/Microsoft zelf, relatief veel tijd nam, zodat we niet meer toekwamen aan het afstellen van een nieuwe browser en nieuwe beveiligingssoftware. Daar heb ik wat hulp bij nodig. Bij een tweede sessie zal dat zonder meer goed en snel gebeuren. Zonder meer: een prima ervaring.

Hij begreep direct wat ik allemaal bedoelde en deed er wat mee. Was blij met hem. Ook geholpen met systeem in mijn mobiel van onze deurbel in de flat..

Klantgerichtheid top
Problemen met laptop met betrekking tot internetten en pdf. Student kon vanwege ziekte niet binnen de gestelde termijn hulp bieden en heeft deze vertraging hiervan klant op de hoogte gesteld. Op afgesproken datum heeft hij problemen kunnen oplossen. Ook toelichting gegeven en vragen beantwoord. Professionele houding.
