Ik kon mijn wensen voorleggen en er werd rustig en goed geluisterd
naar scala van problemen. Dat is altijd belangrijk. Het contact was prettig en goed. Ook als ik informatie gaf over de problemen, die zich voordeden terwijl hij aan het werk was. Het vervangen van software en opschonen ging supersnel.
Er was de pech, dat een zeer ongewoon probleem bij Windows/Microsoft zelf, relatief veel tijd nam, zodat we niet meer toekwamen aan het afstellen van een nieuwe browser en nieuwe beveiligingssoftware. Daar heb ik wat hulp bij nodig.
Bij een tweede sessie zal dat zonder meer goed en snel gebeuren.

5 stars: perfect, definitely recommended
Klantgerichte en betaalbare dienstverlening. Max heeft ons uitstekend geholpen, en nog een paar handige tips meegegeven. We stonden op het punt om onze oude, trage computer te vervangen, maar dankzij de opschoonactie van Max kunnen we weer vooruit. En tijdens het opschonen heeft hij ook meteen de printer weer aan 't werk gekregen. Snelle en professionele service! We zijn helemaal blij, en delen graag onze positieve ervaring.
