Wat een held! Ik ben zelf klunzig met de computer en Bjorn neemt je alle zorgen uit handen. En hij doet zelfs meer. Hij helpt je gaandeweg ook nog met andere problemen die hij slim en snel voor je oplost. Daarnaast is hij ook nog heel vriendelijk, communicatief en hij komt afspraken goed na. Ik ga deze held onthouden!
