Mijn desktop was volledig vastgelopen. Eén dag na de melding werd ik aan huis al geholpen door Daniël. Hij onderzocht het probleem op rustige en systematische wijze en heeft het vakkundig opgelost. De desktop verder opgeschoond. Uitstekend gedaan.

Mijn probleem: het lukte me niet goed mijn nieuwe chromebook aan te sluiten op mijn desktopcomputer en MS 365 op het chromebook te installeren. Het was snel klaar, tot mijn tevredenheid.

Zoals hierboven al beschreven, de student was scherp op tijd, vriendelijk informatief, kundig waardoor mijn problemen met de laptop opgelost zijn.
