Het was de eerste keer dat ik de hulp inriep van 'Uw Computerstudent'. Ik ben zelf geen held in het omgaan met mijn computer en kreeg meldingen op mijn scherm waar ik geen raad mee wist. Wat was ik blij met de hulp van de vriendelijke student en wat een opluchting toen hij het probleem zomaar even oploste! Hier zit een dankbare klant!
