Wij hadden een lastige klant, namelijk een buurvrouw met een niet werkende (oude) computer, maar ook met een dementie probleem. De computerstudent kon hier goed mee omgaan en kreeg de (oude) computer ook weer aan de praat. Dus het was geheel naar tevredenheid.
