verbluffende kennis van Apple
Computerstudent Lennox Westphal was er op exact de afgesproken tijd. Hij heeft een luisterend oor voor het probleem met de computer en lost het probleem met het grootste gemak op. Hij werkt snel maar niet overhaast en vraagt na afloop of ik tevreden ben. De back-up van mijn bestanden vond plaats in de bibliotheek.

It's great to have someone who thinks along with you in such a personal way
Thijmen was very helpful, solved problems right away, and showed me how I could make adjustments myself.
He took his time, asked good questions (are you sure you want to do this, then...).
