Een zeer beleefde, adequaat reagerende persoon met geduld en aandacht voor de gepresenteerde problemen. Jordy heeft diverse problemen snel opgelost. Een probleem was hardnekkig en heeft hem veel tijd gekost, vooral wachten op de oude en trage computer. Toch heeft hij het niet opgegeven. Ook toen achteraf, na vertrek, bleek dat het nog niet definitief was opgelost, heeft hij online nog een uur meegewerkt aan het definitief oplossen van het probleem. Samenvattend wij zijn zeer tevreden. Jordy mag bij een volgende gelegenheid zeker nog eens komen helpen. Ook fijn dat de organisatie ons toch wilde helpen al liggen we buiten hun werkgebied. Communicatie over extra kosten daarvoor vooraf was helder en eerlijk.
