Alexander loste mijn probleem vlot op en hield een goede balans tussen uitleggen wat hij deed, en het oplossen. Verder was er alle ruimte om aanvullende vragen te stellen. Hij was heel prettig in de omgang, zowel bij mij thuis als ook op de communicatie via WhatsApp. Bij een volgende vraag zal ik hem zeker weer benaderen.
