Goede inzet en 100% eerlijkheid mbt wat hij kon doen en niet kon doen.
Opvallend open in zijn communicatie en assertief.
Vertrouwenwekkend in zijn reacties, zonder opsmuk.
Fijn mens, ik zou hem zo weer vragen voor een probleem.
Hij kon geen oplossing bieden en was daar helder over.
Hij was van plan zijn vriendengroep over mijn probleem te raadplegen.
Goed iets, een vriendengroep die uit mensen bestaat die kennis hebben, die kennis met elkaar delen en mij.... mogelijk helpen.

Uitstekende hulp gekregen
Zijn uitstekend - op afstand - geholpen door Levi, die ons rustig en duidelijk door het probleem bij het Office programma en de te nemen stappen heen hielp. Was een hele opluchting. Alles functioneert weer prima.
