Mijn eerste ervaring, voor de eerste maal met uw student ben ik heel tevreden. Alles verteld over de printer, kalm en rustig vriendelijk. Ben 93 jaar, werk nog graag met mijn computer.

correct – to the point en eerlijk
Computer gehackt en als 75-jarige lijkt het als een volledige inbraak en diefstal van je ego, je durft NIETS meer, dat is een heel vervelend gevoel. De computerstudent weet meer dan de hacker en wordt er niet nerveus van. De student nam alle tijd om mij aan te horen en om de juiste stappen te zetten om het hack-probleem op te lossen. Vanwege de langzame pc (2016!) nam de herstart enkele uren in beslag en na afloop daarvan met telefonische ondersteuning gekomen tot de gewenste oplossing.
