Geweldig zoals die jongen bliksemsnel de een na de andere taak (gelukkig had ik een lijstje van tevoren gemaakt) moeiteloos oploste. Hij heeft mijn nieuwe laptop geïnstalleerd, alle nuttige icons mooi op de desktop geplaatst, de printer en de scanner aangesloten en nog meer. En me uitgelegd hoe alles werkt. Hele aardige jongen.

Veel overleg en begeleiding
Ondanks dat meneer dementerend is en ik niet meteen de juiste wachtwoorden achter de hand had, bleef Mats geduldig in contact en zorgde dat meneer zijn nieuwe iMac weer kon gebruiken.
