Computer gehackt en als 75-jarige lijkt het als een volledige inbraak en diefstal van je ego, je durft NIETS meer, dat is een heel vervelend gevoel. De computerstudent weet meer dan de hacker en wordt er niet nerveus van. De student nam alle tijd om mij aan te horen en om de juiste stappen te zetten om het hackprobleem op te lossen. Vanwege de langzame pc (2016!) nam de herstart enkele uren in beslag en na afloop daarvan met telefonische ondersteuning gekomen tot de gewenste oplossing.
