Plezierige serviceverlenende student. Hij heeft een uiterste poging gedaan om de adresgegevens van mijn verouderde hetnet-account terug te vinden, maar toen dat niet lukte heeft hij een nieuwe mailversie geïnstalleerd die perfect synchroniseert met mijn iPhone en iPad.
