Per ongeluk kwam ik in contact met uw computerstudent. Dat was wel een veen dingetje, maar daar kon Sebastiaan niets aan doen. Ik ben al jarenlang lid van Studentaanhuis, maar omdat ik via Google zocht naar het nummer en toen zag dat je ook online kon afspreken, heb ik niet opgelet. Nou ja, het is wel weer een waarschuwing. Desalniettemin heeft Sebastiaan uitstekend gewerkt. Hij belde mij binnen 24 uur, omdat ik niet thuis was, mailde hij me, gaf afspraakmogelijkheden door, belde me op mijn verzoek op om de afspraak te bevestigen, kwam op tijd, en heeft me in een half uur uitstekend geholpen. Hij krijgt van mij een 9.
