Kundig, flexibel en volgens afspraak. Prima geholpen op afstand. Mats belde op het afgesproken tijdstip en ging via gedeeld scherm direct aan de slag. Oplossing vereiste diverse langdurige downloads waarop Mats voorstelde om 'consult' te onderbreken en te appen als we weer verder konden, waarop Mats steeds op het afgesproken tijdstip belde. Zo bleven de kosten beperkt tot de werkelijke acties. Prima meegedacht met mij als klant! Het probleem is opgelost door Mats, die naast kundig ook nog erg sympathiek blijkt te zijn.
