Jarmaine heeft het probleem goed opgelost (verouderde Outlook 2013 vervangen door een nieuw exemplaar), waardoor alles weer perfect werkt. En tips gegeven voor het probleem bij het importeren van foto's uit Whatsapp naar de laptop. Ga ik uitproberen!
