Behulpzaam en competent
De student Ezra heeft mijn vragen beantwoord, een programma gevonden dat ik nodig had en via de try-out versie mij geleerd om van jpeg naar pdf over te zetten. Ook heeft hij nog wat kleinere dingen laten zien en de virusscanner gecontroleerd. Ben heel tevreden.

goede deskundigheid in een wereld die ik niet kan vatten
Moeilijk afweging maken in een wereld waar de computers al 'waardeloos' worden gemaakt voordat ze dat werkelijk zijn. Gaat over omschakeling van Windows 10 naar 11. Deze computerstudent schuwt niet de werkelijkheid en ''dwingt'' me tot een keuze.
