Bjorn helpt uitstekend bij NAS. Hij zegt duidelijk wat hij gaat doen of wat hij vraagt je te doen. Heeft rust en legt duidelijk uit. Ik had hulp nodig bij mijn Synology NAS en ik krijg de indruk dat hij daar veel van weet. Ook in combinaties met Windows-laptop en Android-mobiel. Bedankt.
