Goed geholpen en een goed luisterend oor. Veel begrip, mede omdat ik vertelde dat ik weinig van me laptop haast wist. Hij legde het in normale taal aan me uit wat hij deed. En ik kon op mijn manier vertellen wat ik bedoelde te zeggen en ik gauw stress krijgt van computers. En bij Sebastiaan kreeg ik wel het gevoel dat het nu goed is. Hij nam snel mijn computerstress weg.

Mijn hele lijst van vragen en problemen rond installaties op telefoon heeft Jonathan Vis supersnel en adequaat beantwoord en opgelost. Hij luistert goed, stemt af op mijn niveau en is communicatief prettig in de omgang. Ik ga blij het weekend in!
