Tijmen heeft me goed geholpen en ik snap opeens een aantal dingen beter. Vooral waarom mijn pc regelmatig problemen geeft. Veel uitleg zodat ik zelf evt. kleine problemen op kan lossen. Ik was ook superblij met de uitleg over virusscanners en veiligheid. De problemen achter Google Chrome en Edge en zo nog wat dingen. Wel vaak op internet allerlei gezocht naar dit soort dingen maar iemand die het zo uitlegt is zoveel fijner omdat het toegespitst is op mijn situatie. Ik ben er heel tevreden over en mocht ik nog hulp nodig hebben zal ik Tijmen weer benaderen. Zeker fijn als het mogelijk is eenzelfde student te kunnen vragen zodat hij/zij al weet hoe mijn pc werkt.

Snelle en deskundige hulp.
Daan heeft mij goed geholpen bij het repareren van diverse bestanden en programma’s. Hij had overal een oplossing voor, ook al moest hij soms even zoeken. Ik ben erg tevreden en zou hem bij iedereen willen aanbevelen.
