Select the operating system of the device for which you need help below, and download the program.
Open the program
After downloading, open the file. You don't need to install Splashtop—it opens immediately. A 9-digit code will appear on your screen.
Wait for the phone call
At the agreed-upon time, our student will call you. Give them the 9-digit code, and the student will be able to view your screen to help you.

What can you expect?
The student will call you
Our student will call you at the agreed-upon time. You don't need to do anything—just make sure Splashtop is open and you have the code ready.
The student watches along
After entering the code, the student will be able to see your screen and take control of it. This way, he or she can help you as if they were sitting right next to you.
Safe and Temporary
The connection works only with your code and ends as soon as the session is terminated. No one can view it without your permission.
