How much does in-home computer assistance cost?
Home assistance costs €11.50 per quarter-hour for members and €14.75 per quarter-hour for non-members, plus a €9.50 call-out fee per appointment. We have a minimum charge of 30 minutes. We estimate the duration in advance so you won’t be faced with any surprises.
How much does remote assistance cost?
Remote support costs €0.85 per minute for members and €1.15 per minute for non-members, with a €5.50 setup fee per session. The minimum session length is 30 minutes. There are no travel fees because we provide support via your screen.
How can I pay?
You can pay via iDEAL | Wero or a one-time direct debit. Payment by invoice is available upon request. Cash and Tikkie are not available.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, absolutely not. We’ll let you know in advance how much the service will cost, approximately. If it takes longer than expected, we’ll discuss it with you. You’ll only pay for the actual time spent.
